I’ve been very down lately. Sweeping mood swings are something I’m used to dealing with, but that doesn’t make it any easier. I’ve begun working on a new painting, which I hope will help, and keeping myself busy.
A while back I found a secret stash of Legos in a box of Lincoln Logs I thrifted, and That’s How My Child Got Legos. Well, I recently learned the Dollar Store near us sells a large variety of the knock-off brand Blox and I was able to greatly supplement that collection for a paltry $12 today. I’m sure a Lego Creators Kit is in our Christmas future but this will give me some time to observe how they like to play and what types of blocks they might enjoy most.
