Well, I thought I was done tinkering, but that's quitter talk.
I figured out how to properly iterate lists in NiceGUI so shout-out to Falko 
you're the real one buddy.
Thanks to that, I finally wrangled emoji pickers. 
The only downside to instantly posting is I make lots of tyops. To sort-of combat this I cobbled together a draft system. If you hit save it dumps all the data into a markdown file in a separate folder, and you can grab that draft and yoink (most of) the data back into the appropriate fields for later posting. It's Good Enough ™.
